Once More Ministries
ONCE MORE does not want to be a band that just sings about ministering to those around them. In March 2008, we opened up a consignment/thrift store in downtown Chambersburg. The purpose of the store was to provide the community good gently used clothing at a great price. It was located at 128 E. Queen Street in Chambersburg. Our vision was to partner with local churches that have a passion for reaching the community using the store as a center for outreach.
In January 2009, Once More started a toiletry bank for low income families. This will functions to help those who need basic supplies to live day to day. We have real families with real needs. Do you want to be apart of this type of "Feet to the Street" ministry? Contact ONCE MORE and find out how you can be a part of this ministry. We presently have over 60 families who we support with this ministry.
Mission
The mission of ONCE MORE is to lead others to Christ and to minister to people with a postive and uplifting message of hope and salvation for all who enter into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
History
ONCE MORE was started by Jim Massey a several years ago as he felt God calling him to use the gift of music. Starting by writing what God put on his heart, Jim began to do a few coffee houses. In 2006, Steph Brandt joined forces with Jim with her wonderful voice and shared passion to reach people in song and worship. In 2007, Lyle Hock joined as the drummer. Then Mark Bryson joined us as the bassist and Jacob Harrison on the guitar. Once More uses the God given music to share the story of eternal life in Christ.
Presently
ONCE MORE'S goal is to reach within and outside the four walls of the church to share the music that God has blessed them with. If you would like to see if ONCE MORE could play for a service, function or an outdoor event please contact them at info@music4Him.org.
